MyTeaRoom15 was born in 2015 out of a love for tea and a passion for sharing it with the world. Originally set up as an online store exporting Taiwan tea overseas, we quickly expanded into physical locations in popular night markets and the Hsinchu holiday flower market. Our Indian-style tea stalls quickly became a favorite among our customers, and we knew we had to open our own tea room. Fast forward to 2022, and our first branded tea room is now open in Hsinchu.​

At MYTEAROOM15, our team is led by founder Manoj Shanker Arumugam. Manoj has a Master of Business Administration degree from Coventry University in England, and has worked in senior management positions across various sectors and countries. He brings his extensive experience and passion for tea to every aspect of the business.

 

Manoj, our tea master who has been awarded as an excellent Tea Sensory Test Master in Taiwan and holds a qualified tea expert certification from the UK Tea Academy. His impressive qualifications also include being a judge for the International Food and Beverage competition (IAFBC) as well as possessing qualifications in Food Safety & Hygiene and Healthcare Advisory Programme from England.
